What is the Tie Down disc brake warranty?

Tie Down Engineering’s disc brake line was acquired by Dexter Axle, and as a result, Tie Down disc brakes are now covered under the Dexter Limited Warranty.

• Dexter provides warranty coverage for defects in materials or workmanship on their brake products, including the former Tie Down disc brake line.
• The specific warranty period and coverage terms depend on the brake model and finish (E-coat/Dacromet, stainless steel, etc.), but in general, Dexter covers against premature failure when brakes are properly installed, used, and maintained.
• As with all marine trailer components, warranty claims do not cover damage caused by lack of maintenance, improper installation, or corrosion due to saltwater exposure.
