Warranty Claims – What You Must Do

To make a warranty claim:

• You must be the original purchaser.
• Notify Dexter within the warranty period and provide the axle/component serial number.
• Provide substantiation (photos, returned parts if requested).
• Axles and components must be installed and maintained according to Dexter’s manuals.

⚠️ Exclusions (Not Covered)

• Improper wiring connections
• Incorrect axle/frame attachment
• Parts not supplied by Dexter
• Alterations or welding to the axle
• Overloading or improper loading
• Lack of maintenance or improper maintenance
• Improper alignment or installation
• Cosmetic corrosion/finish issues
• Normal wear and tear
