Within 45 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any new, unused item for a full product refund. No questions. Actual shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the product credit unless the return is a result of our error. Simply contact our Customer Service team for a return authorization number. They will give you instructions on packaging your return and the best address to send your package for quick processing of your shipment.

Returns Policy

If your shipment arrives and is missing any parts, no problem. Just contact us via email parts01@venturetrailers.com or call us at (410) 388-1000 within 5 days of the receipt of the order. We will have the replacement items shipped to you from the quickest source available, using the same expedited shipping method you used for your original order.

Please note that we cannot exchange items. Simply place a new order for the items you would like. When the original order is returned a credit will be issued for the items.

Refunds

Please allow 14 business days from the date we receive your shipment for the processing of your shipment and the credit back to your account that was used for the original purchase. Actual shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the product credit unless the return is a result of our error.

Packing and Sending Your Return

Return Instructions:

To return your item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Our Customer Service Team
    Contact our Customer Service Team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns can’t be accepted without an RMA number.
  2. Include Return Documentation:
    Attach the Customer Return Form that is attached to your Packing Slip that was included in your package and a copy of the return authorization email or write the RMA# provided by our Customer Service team on the package. See the sample Customer Return Form below.
  3. Secure the Package:
    Wrap the package securely to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Shipping Method:
    For your protection, we recommend using an insured shipping service with delivery confirmation, such as UPS, Fedex, DHL or US Mail.
    For your convenience we can provide a digital UPS label via email if requested. If you choose this option we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. If the cost of return shipping is more than the refund we will charge the credit card used to make the purchase.
    If using UPS, simply take your package to any location that has regularly scheduled UPS pick-ups. You may want to check with your place of employment to see if they have regular UPS pick-ups. Or, you can call 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) or visit UPS.com
